i have always had good food here. is it 5 star michelin, no. but for a rural town, 30 minutes away from suburbia, its always been such a great place to go for food, and environment for rural town area. i am always grateful for this restaurant!! thank you
A surprisingly good Chinese restaurant in the middle of Goochland. Who would've thought? But seriously, other than the fact that they change chefs, and therefore recipes, a little too often for my liking, I definitely would recommend eating here. They also have a Thai menu. My only complaint would be that other than staffing issues preventing them from having a traditional sit down service, they do not offer fried wontons. They instead do crab Rangoon which is not to my liking....read full review

Chef Lee has one of the smaller menus as far as Chinese cuisine goes- but that doesn't mean they don't bring the taste! I ordered the Crab Rangoons (so good!) and the Thai Basil Shrimp (less heavy- fantastic basil!). Previously, I ordered the Pad Thai which was also solid. Funny, I think I've only ordered off their Thai section thus far. I'll have to go back and explore more!
