Hardee’s is a Grafton icon with a well-maintained older building. The service is friendly, and the food, like the tater tot rounds and omelet biscuits, is great. Customers enjoy the new crinkle fries. However, some felt the staff prioritized the drive-through over in-store customers, and there were space issues with a floor-cleaning employee.
