Assistant manager was confused about the whole process of my online pick up order. He kept asking me for my code. I told him I had a pick up number. Fortunately, a friendly employee heard the conversation and came to the rescue. Please find a different assistant manager. He is always grumpy and has no customer service skills and doesn't know how to use the app.

I took my nephew to Burger King as we had some discount vouchers. I hadn't been to a Burger King for at least 15 years. We were hesitant to go inside at first as the place looked like it was closed. Once inside we were served quickly. Strangely when the guy behind the counter asked if we wanted ketchup we said no and asked if we could get barbecue sauce. I walked into the building. They already knew what was happening. Burger King employees rushed to stations. Fries hit oil. They called out my order loud after I handed them my coupon and cash. Good chicken sandwich today, guys ?
