Went there today to get drinks after standing inside for 5 min the associate states be with you in a minute. Then goes back to working the drive thru. The gentlemen that was working comes over after the girl told him to. I started to place my order for a watermelon coolatta and he informed me that they are completely out of ice and a few other supplies until their truck comes in.
The associates are very nice, the drive thru is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the food & drinks are delicious! They need a baby changing station in both the men's and women's bathroom; they currently don't have any. Also, there's only one highchair; it's hard to have a mom meet up because of these things.

This Dunkin' location has been recently improved, with amazing cold brew and friendly staff. While some days the drinks are not consistent and the service can be slow, they offer soy and almond milk for dietary restrictions. The ongoing renovations may have affected the morning coffee quality, but the afternoon staff shines with proper cooking skills. The staff is generally very nice, and the food usually comes out fine, even when items are out of stock. The gentleman working on 5/19 at 3:30 PM provided great service, making excellent drinks and being polite, efficient, and accommodating. Customers have had positive experiences with this location and its staff, who have gone out of their way to make things right.
