Went in for lunch and there was only the bartender serving. Food was ok but due to only being one server it took forever and getting requested items took long also. Try going later in the day for better service
So I typically visit this place when it’s not crowded but last night was more packed than I’ve ever seen it. Even then, CRYSTAL(hope I spelled it right) went out of her way to correct my order and redeliver it to me through a massive crowd of patrons. Unfortunately the wings were a little too hard for my liking the flavor however(sweet chili) was on point and the extra effort she made to resolve my issue and personally make things right is why I’ll continue to come back....
The establishment was regular just like all the other pop up lounges. Clean as well. Security was really nice! As a bartender myself coming from Miami I would say the waitress can do a better job greeting guest! I was told I could sit anywhere! I saw reserved and some didn’t have it so the ones that didn’t have reservations I sat down and was quickly rushed away to another table! The food was good I had the chicken pasta my other guest had calamari she stated it was OKAY...
