I've been to Shah's twice and definitely plan to go back. The first time I ordered kofta kebab gyro for my sister and golden shawarma gyro for myself. Both were tasty. I did remove the pickles from the shawarma sandwich, I preferred the taste without it. The 2nd time I ordered 2 kofta kebab gyros. The kofta is a spicy ground chicken cooked on skewers, removed, and served on pita bread. If you are sensitive to spicy food kofta may not be for you. There are several sauces...
Shaw’s Palau Food was pretty much three stars across the board for me.
The food was decent and satisfying, but nothing really stood out or made me want to immediately come back. The flavors were there, but I was hoping for a little more seasoning and something memorable.

Excellent food and outstanding service! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back.
