I just want to say thank you to everyone working tonight. My food was delicious and hot. Your service was great and your establishment was clean. I observed you working and seemed like everyone was working together with good attitudes and smiles on your faces. So again thank you.
I placed my order at the drive-through. I ordered a medium Baconator Combo. They gave me a double burger combo instead. I live a few miles away, so I called the restaurant as soon as I saw the order mixup. The phone rang 22x, and no one answered! This is so unacceptable! After working 12 hours, now I have to go to bed hungry!!!

HOPING THE MANAGER SEES THIS:On 4/11/24 at 1:00 PM, the fries I were served were WAY better than normal Wendy's fries. I don't know exactly what caused it (maybe older, used oil?) but they were crispier, better texture, and all around better taste. Best Wendy's fries I've ever had.Whatever your employees were doing at that date and time, keep doing that, because I was honestly shocked by those fries. I eat at this Wendy's a lot and these were ten times better than usual.
