“The food was absolutely amazing!!! I hate to add this but the service was awful!! Wasn't business but took forever to check on us, would be sitting in a booth talking. Didn't bring more chips when we ran out and took forever to get my credit card back! I had to get up and ask for it. Again, the food was the best all the way around and for any of the other places in that area. But I am very unsure about returning and dining in. Very lucky my boyfriend left I tip because I wouldn't have.“

“I go here at least twice a week . Knock on door to get in . To many people want to fight so they have a large bouncer who works the door and keeps trouble out of there . I love this place. Play pool in peace knowing nobody will get out of line . Great people work there .“

“We had a wonderful experience for dinner here. My husband had the cod sandwich which was hand breaded and had wonderful flavor. I had the sirloin and squash and zucchini and would order this again! Seasonings were delicious and the sirloin was cooked perfectly. If you haven’t given the place a try you should! Locally owned and operated.“

“I’ve been coming here for several months now and it is hands down the best spot in Roanoke! The line dancing nights on Tuesday and Thursday are a blast!! They have live bands every Friday and Saturday and they are always so good! Having the option to go upstairs and dance the night away is a big plus! The food and drinks are all excellent! Everything comes out so fresh and hot! I haven’t found a dish I have not enjoyed here. If you’re looking for a spot that has great energy, great employees, and fantastic food this is the place to be! Don’t forget to get one of those super tasty Jell-O shots! Definitely recommend coming here!“

“We arrived at Moosies by boat. There was a minimum wait time. We had 7 people in the dinner part. The service was very slow. The Waitress was very nice, but they seemed to be very understaffed. So everything took alot of time. Getting drink order taken. Getting our drinks. Having the order taken and receiving our food. The food was all very food. We were completely understanding that the waitress and bar staff didn't have enough help.

Parking: As there are limited places to go here in the local area. There is limited spots. However, you cam arrive by boat.

Kid-friendliness: They were kid friendly. They had highchair. Also, they had kids menu and kids ? crayons.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are accessible.“

Ricavata da quella che una volta era la sala principale della banca, il ristorante/bar offre una raffinata atmosfera grazie alla pregevole e rispettosa ristrutturazione degli ambienti che rimangono per lo più originali. L'offerta è varia e io dal menù ho preso come piatto principale la loro Picanha dal taglio brasiliano, quindi a fette sottili, impreziosita con del sale maldon, servita con ottime patate al forno e accompagnata da una salsa chimichurri aioli. In accompagnamento ho bevuto un Merlot in purezza del 2022 di Ramsay, Napa Valley, che però ho trovato nel complesso un po' spento, oltre ad essermi stato servito a temperatura troppo, ma troppo, fredda!“

“On Saturday, June 17, 2023, my husband, Bill, and I hosted our 80th Birthday Party on the Patio at your lovely location. We made plans through your Manager, Adrian, and he was most helpful. Our servers were Ashli and Morgan B. They were outstanding and definitely helped to make our party FANTASTIC and a success! We had 44 adults and 4 children in attendance, and the service was over the top excellent. The food was delicious and was served in a very timely manner. All of our guests were more than pleased with the food and the service. I have never seen service to this many people so professional and timely. These two young ladies were professional and fun, and treated all of our guests as if they were "their" gusts, wanting to give them the best service ever. In fact, many of our guests commented on their professionalism, and the quality of the food, and how they would return here to have future meals. We eat here often and ALWAYS find the selections well prepared, tasty, and delivered in a timely manner. I recommend this Macado's to anyone expecting a great meal in a fun atmosphere. Thank you.“
