“By far best Chinese food in Harrisonburg, nothing else comes close. They have maybe one or two tables so its not an eat in place, they're usually using the table for other things. It's not really a great place to sit and eat anyway. The staff has been consistently average, not very friendly but not rude in any way. The food quality surpasses any displeasure I have with the atmosphere.“
“We stopped in late on a Saturday with 9 people and this place was so friendly and inviting. We basically took over the bulk of the seating and it wasn't Fancy but the food was delicious, the staff super nice, and they gave us a ton of food..really great spot, o am sure the go to take out spot, but eating in was fun as “
“Randomly popped up on places to eat and we stopped by on a whim! They accept both card and cash. We were given a pager after placing our order, which is great considering it was freezing outside and we could wait in our car! Meals are made to order, meaning they’re fresh and hot, but most importantly, very delicious. We waited ~15 minutes, and it was very much worth it! Will be back!“
“5 stars all the way across the board. The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and continuously keep things clean and replenished. The atmosphere is peaceful. The food is authentic and unique. The plum wine, which was recommended by our server, is to die for. The sushi is fresh and probably the best I’ve ever had. I never even knew I like mussels until I tried the hunan mussels. They were spicy and perfectly done. The peanut chicken was amazing.“
“The food overall was amazing. Hot and ready within 5 minutes no problems or complications with the order and nice customer service. Definitely should get a bigger eating area tho there’s a five seat table and two 4 seat tables. Most definitely would recommend. They couldn’t do anything better cause they weren’t really busy so you don’t have to worry about overpacking cause it’s not a problem.Kid-friendliness: There’s fried rice plain and with chicken and other stuff with fries as a side so if you’re picky they still have options.“
“Honestly the best panda express I've been to. I usually don't go because most of the other restaurants serve cold food but I've been here twice and so far I've eaten hot, delicious food both times. I usually go through the drive thru so I can't say anything about the atmosphere inside.“
“We absolutely LOVE Oriental Cafe! Our family has been going there for YEARS and they’ve never disappointed. We’ve tried dozens of things from the menu (including from the sushi menu) and everything has been spectacular. The food and especially the vegetables in the entrees are fresh, high quality. The staff and especially the ownership are very friendly, kind, professional, and respectful. And the prices are very fair. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s absolutely worth going!“
