9/16/26 at 7:50pm... Normally this location is on the ball. Not this time. Waited 5+ minutes at counter to order before acknowledged by anyone. Total time to get simple 2 value menu item order was 10-15 minutes. Appeared as if no manager was on duty. Drive thru order guy was competent but they can only do so much understaffed busy drive thru. After drive thru guy took order a few people appeared to make the in house order.
