This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, so I didn't know what to get and the girl was SO NICE and understanding. (I asked too many questions I'm sure, but she was patient and answered them all kindly.) Very much appreciated!
I read some bad reviews, and many good ones too about this place, but decided to try it for myself.My wife and I walked in to a smiling employee greeting us on Aug 4 2023 around 7.30pm. Wish I had her name. She helped us right away, and gave us our smoothies with a smile.Very pleasant and would recommend this place. Smoothies were delicious. Thank you

Nice, polite people working here that usually take care to make your food exactly like you expect. However, the drive thru is confusing and oddly conceived. It would make more sense if you could enter the drive-thru from Lowe’s parking lot but it’s not possible and it’s mildly irritating. But the food is good :)
