“One of my favorite restaurants in Harrisonburg. I grew up eating hummus and falafel, and the hummus here is maybe the only one I’ve ever liked as much as or better than my mom’s. The family who run the restaurant are so nice, and the food is incredible. My favorite is the chicken shawarma salad with cilantro lime dressing and a side of hummus. Yummmmmmm. Also they just recently renovated and redecorated the dining room and I think it feels much lighter and more spacious.“

“Super cozy and chill environment, everyone is super sweet and friendly, a lot of couples even come here for trivia nights, it truly is a cool place for everyone to socialize at. The pizza is also incredible, very fluffy fresh dough, cheesy, and even the marinara has the perfect brightness from the tomatoes. Drinks are 10/10, beer lovers would love the diverse options, and cocktail lovers as well bc they have the cutest most creative mixes that always taste like a perfect balance of sweet and strong !“

“My granddaughter and I were having grandma day in Harrisonburg. We ordered burgers fries. Brussel Sprouts Fried Pickles and Fried Tomatoes. The Brussel sprouts live up to their hype. A bit of crunch and most delicious. The tomatoes were done perfect. crispy on the outside- juicy on the inside as were the pickles. My granddaughter received the Wrong order yet the manager made it right. He offered a free dessert on the house and my granddaughter recieved the right burger and fresh made French fries. The service, ambience and food here was amazing!“

“Adam Caldwell was a wonderful waiter. I had my entire family with my tonight and at one point in the night my child was crying. Adam Caldwell brought out a pack and play and sang my baby to sleep with a lullaby. After this, he offered me a free oil change and tire rotation as he held my hand out to my car. I would highly recommend eating at this establishment, as long as you ask for Adam Caldwell.“

“I have visited here many times, and have always enjoyed it. While the place could be kept a little cleaner, overall it’s a solid breakfast spot and bagels and coffee spot. Prices are reasonable and food is solid.

“I am this places biggest fan. Every Sunday I look forward to Sakura. FOR TEN DOLLARS you get 2 sushi rolls, ginger salad, wonderful ice water (i get lemon) and YUM YUM SAUCE ON THE TABLE. Quick service, lots of roll options plus complimentary salad and yum yum. Like actually. It’s ridiculous. I used to be a grocery store sushi person because it was quick and cheap but holy crap. This is way better and the biggest steal. You can’t even get a chick-fil-a meal for 10$ anymore. If me and my bff are really balling out we will order 3 for 15$ OR THE Bento Box. shareable portion of Entree (we do general tso ) Huge shareable of fried rice (drown it with the table yum yum) we get spring rolls bc it comes with the best sweet and sour dip. Then you get a whole california roll that’s somehow the best california roll i’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in this stuff I’ve had a lot of overpriced expensive sushi (my 21st birthday was at Nobu I am passionate). You can tell it’s not expensive but it’s still so so good. Idk how to explain it. ENTREE, FRIED RICE, SPRING ROLLs(x2), CALIFORNIA ROLL AND THE BENTO BOX SPLIT IS CHEAPER AND WAY MORE FOOD THAN THE 2 for 10. AND YOU STILL GET THE GINGER SALAD. The ginger salad has the best crispy wontons. it’s simple but it’s classic and perfect. Oh and i’ve tried the dessert. Bomb. Biggest fan. ALSO ALSO the fortune cookies are real. “Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hospitality here was top-tier. We were served by the owner, David Engel, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about both the food and the people he serves. That personal touch made the experience even better. The food was incredible. I paired the Tomato & Gouda Bisque with a grilled cheese, and it was hands down the best soup and grilled cheese combo I’ve ever had. Perfectly rich, comforting, and full of flavor. I also had the Chipotle Pollo wrap, and it was easily the best wrap I’ve ever eaten. Fresh ingredients, great balance, and clearly made with care. To top it all off, they had big cookies baked fresh that gave the perfect delight to end the meal. You can tell real pride is taken in both the food and the customer experience. Great portions, great prices, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know.“
