Busaba Thai is fantastic. My husband and I have eaten there and the food is always authentically spicy and flavorful. What really sets them apart is their commitment to excellent service. Most recently we ordered from GrubHub and though there were several hiccups on GrubHub’s part, the staff at Busaba Thai reached out to us directly to keep us informed on the status of our order and even stayed AFTER the restaurant closed on a holiday to ensure that we received our food. In between. It wasn't the worse we've had but no where near the best. We just moved to the area and I was looking forward to having papaya salad (somtum) sadly it was not authentic. Lots of fish sauce and lime. I specifically asked for 3 peppers as it is traditionally made with Thai chili/birds eye chili for the spice. Sadly no peppers. Beef salad was fine. The chicken sadly was a bit dry. Maybe it was a miss this time.
