Found this place when I was exploring Town Center last spring when I was in town visiting family. Macarons are my daughter’s favorite, wanted to surprise her with a little treat. Walked in to an empty store and no greeting from the clerk. I looked in the case and was floored by the prices. A half dozen would have cost more than my lunch. Whoever answered the phone when we called was extremely rude.
They were not accommodating at all. The website states you can call and order or walk in. We tried to call and order, and they us, "We don't do that. Sorry man." and abruptly hung up.
According to the reviews, the pastries aren't good anyway. So I'm glad we saved our money.
It's not hard to be kind.
Most awkward experience and we didn't like even one of the things we ordered. And for the record, I know good pastry, I lived in Europe for four years. I was debating if I should write this or not but I can't get it out of my head. Then I looked up other reviews and saw other bad experiences and thought I'd add ours.
