I am glad to have this Panera close by. It so so much easier to get to than the Gainesville location. There are some menu items that I really like, but they are regularly out of key ingredients. Shrimp salad was a featured item but only if you’d like it without shrimp. And how does a Panera store not have tomatoes? Happy for this new location 😃 Only thing is, every employee has very long hair, and no hair nets. So my drink was wrapped in hair. I didn't complain because I didn't want to look like the mean black girl millennial to a bunch of Gen Z kids lol. This location is a little slow, but they are new and young, so giving them grace. Very friendly! No Gen Z stare, just lots of hair 😁
First visit since it opened. Easy access off Heathcote Blvd. Plenty of parking. Quiet atmosphere. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Definitely a place to keep on your radar for a quick lunch or early dinner.

Panera Bread is a new and conveniently located restaurant with easy access off Heathcote Blvd and plenty of parking. It is a lovely spot to unwind and get some work or study done, with a quiet atmosphere. The service is excellent and the staff are wonderful, friendly, energetic, and fun. The food is awesome and amazing. The toasted Italiano and the Mac & Cheese Bread Bowl came out so good and so fast. It is definitely a place to keep on your radar for a quick lunch or early dinner, and a new regular go-to. However, there are some issues. The restaurant is regularly out of key ingredients.
