I walked in today. I had a coupon. I was really confused on how to use it. Then Ethan appeared and he gave great customer service. I was extremely satisfied. If you come to the one in Haymarket go with Ethan
It is a good location and good food. I have been multiple times and not encountered problems. I give it 5 stars having fast food expectations and knowing it isn't a Michelin Star restaurant. 😁 Google maps has it 100' off but you can't miss it.
I went there last week, and it was rather busy. Richard helped me, and he was really kind, sweet and really made sure everything was right for my experience. He was the only one upfront because the other staff were busy, but he made my order rapidly with good quality. I would go there again, but maybe not rush hour since I couldn't get the assistant manager's attention when I had a question about being hired here since it was too busy.
