Called in an order for pickup (I live in Fredericksburg and the restaurant is in Richmond. I let them know I was coming from FXBG; yet, they still forgot 1 item. Couldn't believe it! 2nd time they have done this to me and my family. I regret paying the gratuity. They are going to issue a refund for the missing item; however, it's going to take 5-7 days. I wish I had requested the gratuity be refunded as well!@ I mean, how many seconds does it take to check an order to make sure...read full review
Server was slow and seemed annoyed. Potions were small and not worth the price. Not much meat on the ribs or sandwiches.
