I ordered on the app for a salad & I get all the way home to see there’s no dressing … I get it people make mistakes but when I call up there they act like I’m lying or there’s no solution for it . Like do the right thing and compensate for your mistake … bad service!

This new location has a different layout compared to your typical Chick-fil-A.It was very crowded for lunch last SaturdayVegetarian options: Salads without chickenWheelchair accessibility: Very easy access
Mobile thru is much slower here than going inside or ordering with a human outside. Not true at other area CFAs. We've hoped this would improve but this time we had to park and go inside to get the rest of our food because some was missing. The service here has declined. It's great food and a great location but they need to bring in trainers.
Order is always correct and the staff is always friendly and polite. Wish more places had this same level of service!

We did a mobile order, got there and got the food, got home and ten chicken minis are missing and two large hash rounds, call the and of course they are all apologetic, but can’t get me has rounds they are totally out according to themI drive back into the store to get ffs and ten chicken minis. I can’t understand for the life of me they all want 15$ orMore an hour and can’t read a screen and put it in a bag correctlyAlmost getting down to McDonald’s level now!!

The drive-thru lane that is reserved for app users is a bit cramped at the entrance. The driveway needs to be wider at this point. Other than that, food and service is excellent.
