Ok ok, here's an issue when you are a foodie and trying to eat healthy... Stop laughing because I have found an option. When out at Regency Square mall ( lower level, by the church) is a tasty solution. Honey, you can have breakfast and a snack all in one little bite and not feel guilty. Very cute in the section of Regency mall next to the stairs & elevator where the food court used to be. The owner operator was a very friendly woman with a great Latin accent that compliments her smile. She explained how to properly order the mini pancakes and variety of toppings. The pancakes are made to order fresh on the cutest grill that has mini molds in it. There is fresh lemonade and other beverages available too.
