When out at Regency Square mall ( lower level, by the church) is a tasty solution. Honey, you can have breakfast and a snack all in one little bite and not feel guilty. I wasn't sure what to order but after a precise ordering directions, I was off and running. To view mini pancakes in a vast variety of flavors and additional toppings . I decided upon blueberry pancakes and fruit topping ( strawberries) . I'm not a whipped topping lover but it was available. Adding my ice cream... yes I said ice cream. I could not wait to get home and demolish, I mean enjoy my creation. As it hits your lips and mouth is a treat that on this side of earth we are not worthy. Just joking it's a heavenly little treat that presents itself as a present.“

“Very friendly staff.This food truck has great breakfast. We tried the breakfast burrito, pancakes, and veggie omelet. All three were great.Pancakes were super fluffy. Scrambled eggs and omelet were not overcooked. The burrito has A LOT of flavor, ask for less salsa and hot sauce if you like things on the lighter side.“
“The food was great. My husband had the beef brisket. I had the chicken and brisket dinner combo, with mac n cheese and cole slaw as my sides. The sweet tea was definitely homemade and yummy. The meat was perfect, tasted fantastic, and portions were more than enough. The service was wonderful and we felt welcomed. They made sure we were good and checked to see if we needed anything.“
