Don’t apply. Don’t work here. It sounds inviting. The leadership is a bunch of liberals who can’t stand criticism. The upper management and “people” team only care about their own comfort and stability. How dare the small people speak up. This company has completely lost the ability to be a great place to work. The brewery offers good beer, mixed drinks, and a food truck with delicious smash burgers. Every beer tried is amazing, and the food is 5 stars, with vegan and meat lover options. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and top-level, seeking feedback and caring if guests enjoy their beverage. Customer service is great, accommodating, and helpful, explaining things in detail. The place is very clean inside and out, with indoor and outdoor seating and board games. The brewery is also very accommodating to small corgis. Stone hosts events like trivia and vendor fairs in the main brewery room. It offers wireless internet since the area can be a dead zone. Some parking areas are not lit enough, and the food truck can be a bit of a disappointment. Overall, it is a cool set up and a 5-star brewery in middle Virginia.
