My partner and I came out tonight around 10:45 for comfort food from the drive thru, and when I tell you we both got the best trays we've ever had you best believe it. Guy running the window said my pleasure and it made us giggle some too
Cook Out's pretty good for late nights and also for their seasonal milkshakes, and on that, this place is decent. The rest of the food quality, though, is a slight step down compared to the Short Pump location.

The customer service was fast and friendly, the prices are hard to beat, and everything else we ordered was fresh and delicious with no issues at all.
Unfortunately, my corn dog was burnt from end to end. The outside was nearly black, and the inside...
