Food was very fulfilling. Did not really like the booths they put us in , they are very small to squeeze in especially if someone is sitting behind you. Chairs would've been better.
We had to wait for a table! My being disabled, can’t stand for a long time and there was no where outside to sit until our table was ready ( many other customers who were waiting for a table shared the same complaints
First time at Jackie’s and swung through for late lunch and another order for dinner. The service was well done. Food tasted great and southern. My hat is tipped to the great ordering received from the excellent host: MARCUS C. He was professional, and kind, and a huge compliment to Jackie’s. Will return every time I’m near that area of Richmond.
