fantastic food and we got a free fortune cookie
Portions for extra entree always seem smaller than rest. In general, they definitely used to give bigger portions. The solid consistency in lower portions from Panda Expresses in general makes it seem like something where corporate would start monitoring/enforcing smaller portions. Although that’s speculation.
