Food is always good at waffle house. The waitress was not the best, she brought my Mom a cup of cold coffee and when asked to get a hot cup of coffee she had an attitude. The cook ended up taking over for her as far as serving us. My Mom wanted to leave a tip for him only which I explained it doesn’t work like that here the split the tips. Can't really say we will be back to this location again. Was only there because I was flying out of Richmond Airport.
Tamia the server was great. She was attentive to us as a customer. She made sure that we needed refills on coffee or if we needed anything. I did a to go order and she knocked it out of the park. I really appreciated her, and I will definitely be back to this waffle house because of the service.
I had a great experience and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Carla and Makayla. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and the entire process was handled efficiently with my food order. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend their services to others and look forward to seeing them again in the future.
