Went in ordered 2 drinks one of them had a small problem some of the boba was a little hard not a big deal told them they refunded my order and I was able to keep the drinks great customer service they really care about their customers 5 STARS GREATTTTTT
This is my favorite spot in the Richmond metro area to get boba tea and shaved ice, even though it’s out of the way for me. Their winter melon milk green tea is the best and service is fast and accurate.
definitely the best boba place in RVA, not exaggerating. all the drinks taste good and the tea taste is definitely there, especially with the milk teas. chrysanthemum milk tea and pandan shaved snow are my favs but TBH all drinks are a hit
