I ordered and paid in advance online today and went to pickup. Doors locked and lights out. No sign on door and no update on the website. I called customer service who was very helpful and friendly and seemed to think it odd they showed open when obviously they are closed. This location seems to have a lot of issues; fortunately there's other options nearby.

OMG WORST FRANCHISE EVER! There were a few people in the restaurant (certainly not packed whatsoever) and they had 3 people making sandwiches and one slow cashier. I waited over umm...30+ minutes for a SMALL sub! Other people who were behind me were getting their orders first. IT WAS COMPLETE CHAOS! One poor guy waited over 45 minutes. I could understand if the restaurant was completely packed, but I'm talking like maybe 10 people were in there, at most. A male sandwich maker was extremely loud, calling out orders, I felt like I was in a NYC deli, he was a little over the top but he was apologetic for the wait. Here's my advice, hire more employees. Have one station for takeout, one station for delivery and the other for dine in. Currently it's a cluster f in there and there's no one managing it. The guy who waited 45 minutes definitely should have received a refund or a free sub in the future. Hire a quick and accurate cashier who can also keep the restaurant clean (the trash can was overflowing). This cashier repeated my order no less than 3 times and it still came out incorrect. There's an option to make your own sub on the menu, I'm now wondering if that literally means for you to hop behind the counter and make it yourself...I sure would have been served a lot sooner. Obviously this franchise is in NO hurry to put the fire of hunger out in your belly!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and I had to ask for my money back. The cooks were arguing amongst themselves, it was chaos everywhere, lots of people were waiting for their orders. One of the cooks was telling the other cooks how she was going to go home because she was sick as she was coughing over the food. There was another person that asked for their money back as well. It's a shame as I love the subs, but the customer service is so bad.

This location is a mess. I'm still waiting. It's been over 10 minutes since ordering. There was only one person in front of me. Oh, she's still waiting too. Out of white bread at 1130am. Employees seem confused. Now there is a growing crowd of people waiting on food. Maybe something will be made soon.

I've been here a few times now and today was finally the last... Walked in and was politely greeted but then stood waiting for about five minutes with no acknowledgement... Meanwhile a phone call was answered by an employee with gloves. After hanging up the phone I continued to wait and he began making more subs. Gloves not changed and the phone was pretty gross. Same employee went to the cooler grabbed the handle, grabbed a drink and continued on more subs. I'm no expert here but there should have been at least one glove change. Kind of grossed out, a little peeved to not be acknowledged standing at the register... I don't need my hand held, but a simple sir I will be right with you would have went a long way.

Long wait + hair in food = Not going back Went there for the first time this weekend. There were only two customers at a table waiting for their food when I entered. That made me think (wrongly), "well, this will be quick." Foreshadowing: there were two staff working, which seemed less than I have seen at other Firehouse Subs on Saturdays. Generally, this place had an illkempt feel to it - dim lighting, loose papers by the registers, chairs and tables in disarray. I ordered one regular-sized sandwich to-go off the main menu. One sandwich took almost 30 minutes to get. Worse, when I got home I found hair in it: multiple, dark strands running the length. I have short blonde hair, so it wasn't mine. Grossed out, I pitched the sandwich and chalked it up as a loss. I also noticed - 'cause I had nothing to do - that things continued to crawl along even after a 3rd employee arrived right after I ordered. Adding to the general sense of disorder was the phone which kept ringing and the person at the register would say, "they'll call back." The cashier clearly didn't have the bandwidth to deal with customers, phone calls, online orders, and making food. The staff looked unduly stressed by what should be a low-key situation. By the time I left there were only 5 customers in the store. There a seats for 40+ people. What do they do with a real rush? I'm not going back. Still kind of grossed out, frankly.

I decided to give this store another try. They still ask to round up my bill for their charity, which I dislikebut I still wanted to try the new tuna sub. The first problem was it took 25 minutes for my sub. Their was only one person ahead of me and he waited a long time as well. The second problem, their was hardly any tuna salad on my sub. I'm sorry but I will no longer give this place my business. I'm done!! I recently received a response to my review. Thank you Susan but I'm done. I don't believe the private owner is interested in improving their service.

Friendly staff that are always smiling I give it three because I Went in at 730 on a sunday night and was told by am employee it was closed. The doors were locked online it says you close at 9 .Did you change your hours ?

Terrible! they lost my order and dint realize it until they made the 4 orders that came in after me. Too busy talking about co-workers and watching TV. They have me a coupon for a free sub.. like I'd ever come back here again! Subway was very close and probably would have tasted better.

I ordered the steamer corned beef and pastrami is excellent. . I'll be back. I'm anxious to try the cold cut and the hook and ladder

Employees Joe and Daphne are terrific, very friendly, helpful, fast and fun. Opposite of the manager. Food was good.

Been here several times. Service may not be the fastest but sandwiches are good. Until tonight! My kids drove over in the snow to pick up a club sandwich for my son. Once home they discovered a lettuce and bacon sandwich. Really?? You had 1 job!! Disappointing.
