Hot Specialty Subs are the way to go. The Hook & Ladder is one of the most famous of these stuffed full with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack. Make sure to order it "fully involved" which involves mayonnaise, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle served on the side. Another one to try is the Engineer with smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sauteed mushrooms. Like the Hook & Ladder, it's best enjoyed "fully involved." Hot Subs like the Corned Beef Brisket might not have catchy names, but piled high with corned beef brisket and provolone, served "fully involved," you won't really care about clever when you're sinking your teeth into it. Smaller appetites or those who are watching their waistline can enjoy Under 500 Subs or Under 500 Salads.
