I went in today just before 11am. Needed a couple subs (cut in thirds) for a playdate. The nice guy offered to put them on a tray with cover, even threw in a pickle. Another time, I was juggling 2 kiddos alone and an employee refilled my drink and brought us a cookie. They always smile, don't grumble when we alter sub contents or cut small for kids. I call that great customer service! Fresh, delicious w/friendly staff. We love our Jimmy John's!

UPDATE: After work, I went back to the store with my meatless sandwich and had an awesome conversation with the beautiful person behind the register who had taken my order at lunch. They appreciated the feedback, made me a new sandwich and we had a good conversation. She was a great ambassador for JimmyJohns. Thank you.
