I was afraid of the other negative reviews but unfortunately learned they are accurate and consistent. Came in just after they opened and ordered a vermicelli bowl with extra meat. Literally all I could hear was the microwave going off and sure enough the food came out in about 3 minutes, I asked the old man if he microwaved my food and he admitted he did and it's because I "ordered extra meat" which I appreciate his honesty but this is not how a restaurant should operate. I chose this place out of convenience from the hotel but advise everyone reading this to avoid it as the quality and preparation of your food will be sub par, especially when there are plenty of other Vietnamese options nearby. I finished the bowl because I was starving, but regret it entirely.

This place has a new owner. They were in Winchester and I decided to come all the way from Winchester just to try the soup one more time. Trust me people, the new gentleman is another level of kindness and the soup is the best! Please come back to Winchester!

I wait 40minutes for an order. After work waiting for too long is such a disaster. Worst decision ever.

Pho was great. Prices are a bit high for the amount of meat you get...but overall would eat again.

Winchester’s loss is Herdon’s win. Our local pho meister, Nguyen, had to close shop at Pot-O-Pho in Winchester, as his shopping center is getting demolished. He searched hard for another reasonable space with a kitchen but nothing was available locally. So he made the difficult decision to leave his large fan club on this side of the mountains and head back to Loudoun where he started his restaurant journey years ago at his Xuan Saigon in Leesburg. We found his place there some 18 years ago and would drive an hour for a bowl of his amazing rendition. So it was a great surprise when after having sold his Leesburg spot to a friend, Nguyen ended up a mile down the road from my office in Winchester. My family and I have essentially lived at his place for the past 7 or so years that he has been here. His soup is sublime! I have eaten pho for the past 30 years all over the world and I would put his in the top spot ever. Best broth ever! When I found out he was leaving I decided to go almost every day over the past two months. In 8 weeks I have only missed about 6 days. My fingernails are stronger than they have ever been! My daughter, who joins me often said the same about hers. The broth is a mineral rich health elixir and is so delicious. Nguyen’s garden rolls are equally awesome and among the best you will find. I dip mine in straight sriracha sauce, it is an addiction, and the withdrawals I will experience in a few days are likely to be serious. Enjoy this man’s food and his kind, welcoming disposition. He and his sister who assists in the kitchen are elderly. They don’t move fast. If you have patience and a love for good food, you are in for a real treat. Whatever you knew Pho 2000 for in the past is about to become a distant memory. This man knows his stuff and will be forever missed by our community. In the past month I have listened to dozens of stunned customers as they received the heartbreaking news. All of them assure Nguyen that they will come to his new establishment no matter the distance. We definitely will. Cherish Nguyen and the new Pho 2000. It will be the same gem this man has created a few times over in the past 30 years. He says he opens there January 1, 2024. Enjoy!!!

This place gave my youngest daughter food poisoning and she threw up 11 times after going here. The sea food has a very strong smell with can mean that it is rotten and I will not be coming back to this restaurant anymore.

I used to love this place but I was very disappointed coming back since the prices have significantly increased and also the pho was room temp when it should be hotter. Service was good though!

Great broth. Very delicious. Only real complaint I have is I ordered a large and still barely got any chicken at all, but still delicious. Prices are higher in person than what online menu shows.

this restaurant I have very bad experience the food is cold and whoever serving touching fork and plates holding his finger coughing on plate is on proper way. I’ve never seen an American restaurant serving this way I would not suggesting that restaurant for nobody . Health department I need visit that restaurant.00000

Bad service. And the food is getting worse with the time. Used to be regular place, now is more bad than regular.
