The pho broth flavor is good, however, the well-done beef should be sliced across the beef structure for tenderness and easier chewing.
It's important so that we can rejoice with physical tenderness of the pho chin (well-done beef).
I would appreciate more the taste of the pho at this restaurant if the well-done beef is sliced across the physical structure of the beef served here.
