The staff here was unfortunately really poor. They didn’t know what was on the menu and had to continually ask customers to read them what was supposed to go in each creation. The man making my ice cream didn’t even know it was on their menu and was confused for about 10 minutes before asking his colleague and still made my ice cream incorrect.
This place looks dirty (in the guest area, not the kitchen) and the staff is hit or miss. Ice cream is consistently good.
Love this Cold Stone Location. The bathroom is a little scary and defiently needs renovation, but the staff is quick and friendly. Had a really good interaction with a cashier a couple of weeks ago. Atmosphere here is one of the best of any of the other cold stones in NOVA, plus, their rewards program software actually works, which I cannot say about some of the other locations.

Cold Stone Creamery is a popular ice cream shop known for its customizable treats. The reviews paint a mixed picture of the establishment. While some customers praise the friendly staff, generous portions, and delicious flavors, others express disappointment with the quality of the shakes, issues with order accuracy, and the overall cleanliness of the store. Despite these concerns, the majority of reviews suggest that Cold Stone Creamery remains a go-to destination for ice cream lovers in the area.
