Pho Duong never disappoints! The broth was incredibly rich, clean, and full of flavor without being overly salty. The beef was tender, the rice noodles were perfectly cooked, and every bite was comforting. Adding the fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime took it to another level. I discovered this little restaurant a few years ago during the pandemic. Their menu is extensive and while I have not tried their pho, their rice dishes and summer rolls are definitely on point. The dining room area is clean and despite its small size it actually get a decent amount light from the outside. Their prices are very reasonable given inflation costs and I'd say quite competitive with many other Vietnamese restaurants in the region.
