ALLERGY ALERT: I specifically asked our server about cashews and was told most south indian dishes don't have it. Then I asked if rava khichadi has it and our server said he'll make it just for us without cashews. We decided not to order it any way and just ordered masala dosas and idli. He served us masala with cashews in it. THANK GOD we didn't consume it and saw it before putting it in our mouth because can you imagine what happens with anaphylactic allergies?! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Also concur with others, carpet is awful, and service is subpar at best. 4 stars on service because at least the waiter had the decency to apologize.

Walked in for lunch around 1 pm and managed to get a seat soon. Now, before I write about the food, I want to mention that their service needs to be improved. Either they have a shortage of staff or they need to do better. Ordered the idli vada combo with masala dosa and kuttu parota for lunch. Honestly, everything we ordered tasted okay — not great not bad, just fine. The filter coffee was decent as well, but the chiku shake was too milky and sweet for my taste. The fruit in it was hardly noticeable. All in all, the experience was okay.

Placed an order for pick, told me 20 minutes,but actually 45 minutes. Food was extremely salty, could not eat, had to throw it away, $66 worth, waste. The aloo smelled so bad, tasted bitter. Waste of $, old rotten food and extremely salty. Never will oder food from this place.

Very disappointed! I had ordered a spring dosa which had cottage cheese (paneer) but got served with dosa with normal cheese. Server knew about that and told me the menu was about to change.. this is an excuse! I had appreciated transperancy and should have been informed before i place an order. I would not come here again!

I have never been to a restaurant with such poor service. There were napkins all over the floor to cover spills. The waitress was dressed in sweats and couldn’t be bothered to offer any service. Half the items we tried to order were “not available”, and when we finally found food on the menu that was available it was greasy and in skimpy portions. We came hungry and left hungry. 0/10 recommend.

I’ve been here multiple times. Every time I’ve been here there are new people serving the food. The food is good but one thing that never changed is their service. They made me sit for 15 mins to take the order and 45 mins to serve the order and 15 mins to provide me the cheque. I spent 75 mins and left the restaurant hangry. Every time I had to keep pushing them to do their job. They completely neglected not just my presence but all the other customers. Every customer had to push them to do their job. One thing I learnt is I will never dine-in here but may be do a carry out if that doesn’t take them too long to prepare. Long story short, food is good but worst dine-in experience.
