Typically don’t go to this Starbucks but was in a hurry so stopped in in the morning. The young girl who took my order was short with me for no reason and pretty rude. Tried to ask about different sugar free syrup options and she cut me off. Will not be coming back to this location.

I used to come here every Sunday AM for yearssss. Lately the place randomly closes whenever they want. This morning a young black girl was behind the counter and said “I can’t take your order” .. ok why? “I just can’t” I said where is your manger?? “ flippantly responds, “I don’t know”Final straw, she was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered, will be going to the one on elden from now on .

The drinks are always good here but wouldn't recommend getting anything from the bakery or food my husband picked up our order this morning and the grilled cheese sandwich was two pieces of bread not even placed together with the cheese outside ?? And the fact that it cost almost $7 is what makes me more upset I want my money back !!!

Bad service ever. Been waiting for 15 minutes. Then when I'm asking for my drink the cashier she said she doesn't know. Maybe someone else take it excuse me. Employees need to be more attention

This crazy lady. I’m paying for my Starbucks and told her to warm up my banana bread and she acts like she put it in the oven or whatever and it wasn’t warm and I said light ice and she didn’t put any ice .

Half the time there is no staff at the store , or they’re walking around Safeway and you have to stand there for 30 minutes hoping they show up.They other times they’re there they’re unprofessional and slow, to busy talking to their friends to help you.The woman today was loudly singing SpongeBob songs that could probably be heard across the store
