TU Chicken is a great spot! The chicken is crispy, tasty, and always fresh. Their sauces are really good too. Prices are fair and the service is fast and friendly. I’ve been here a few times and the quality is always consistent. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

I came here before it was rebranded for the third time but the chicken was very very good. I definitely recommend it if you just want a whole yummy chicken. I need to come here after the rebrand but the inside looks the exact same so I would assume that they use the same recipe.

I love Peruvian chicken and have a few regular places I go like El Pollo Rico and Super Chicken. This place is nearby and gets good reviews so I thought I'd try it. What a mistake. I got a whole chicken and 2 sides for or $25 + tax and tip. The disappointment started when I got home and saw the two smallest sides I've ever seen come with a whole chicken. I was then shocked to see the smallest chicken I've ever had from any Peruvian place. And to top it off, it wasn't even good. Somehow it was both dry and still potentially not fully cooked. We ended up throwing it away and getting something else. Worst experience I've had in a while.
Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before coming. This isn’t Peruvian chicken, this was chicken with artificial smoke flavor. Sorry but you have to change that chicken, the green sauce also wasn’t a sauce but a jalapeño blended.

*Don't bother eating here* First time dining here. My usual spot is King Pollo in Reston, and I decided to place an order online to give them a try. The food was not fresh - reheated. The salad was not edible. I ended up throwing away the food.

Worst food and customer service ever. Never had such experience. Went their with my two kids and ordered full chicken with 2 sides. They gave me cold chicken and my kids couldn't eat at all. When asked the cashier he said it just five minutes and even he didn't offer to warm it since they already turn off their rotisserie. Instead of say sorry he just arguing with me. I went this store multiple times. They when i left they just turned off their. I never post a review for any store but this store really felt me bad. Please don't go this store ever. I wish I can give negative review.

They were so dry and gave me attitude. They got my order wrong and I can guarantee it was on purpose due to their attitude. I asked for two pieces dark meat, with two sides. They charged me for it but gave me once piece white and one piece dark. Then she tried to give me old plantain that looked like it had been sitting there all day long, even though I asked can I have new ones and she said in the beginning. I asked for 4 green sauces and she gave me three and spoke in a different language to her employee, and you could feel she’s speaking about me.
