We ride the W&OD and have been searching for hot spots for good eats close to the trail. Today we are at Twisted Sweets & Savory for the 2nd time in a week. If that doesn’t say enough, it’s just an amazing twist to a classic deli due to the Hungarian twisted bread. The food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect for trail goers looking for a special treat on their trip!

I was looking for good sandwich place and a friend recommended Twisted Sweet and Savory.

I went there with my daughters and really am glad I did.
They have this unique , delicious Hungarian bread that is made savory or sweet.
I got the Hungarian and the Italian sandwiches and really loved both. They come stuffed with fresh vegetables (crispy, sweet bell peppers , fresh lettuce and more ) and a really good amount of meat!

The fresh bread is great, but it would be a gimmick if it wasn’t for their fresh ingredients. It’s what they put into their sandwiches that makes this place so great.
