Young petite female manager had nasty attitude. I watched as the customer before me returned and told them his breakfast sandwich was missing the egg she took it from him slammed in trash called for another one handed it to him angry and didn't apologize nothing just walked off. Normally you might see this type of behavior from a regular employee but from a manager it was very disappointing. This location has really gone downhill.
This location sucks! The Manager is so rude and even messed our order up twice. When I corrected her she had the nerve to have an attitude with me ! Excuse me I paid for what I wanted. I asked for her manager and she had a whole attitude for me asking. New management is definitely needed! The chicken was old and brown looking and I’m not sure how long it had been sitting up there. Food is as expected. But the service was beyond unacceptable. Waiting in the drive through 20 minutes with no movement so I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. Complete incompetence.
