Fabulous dinner for a party of 5. The Chef's creativity using a myriad of techniques was impressive; the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was refined. The historical aspect of the house and grounds took you back to another time. All agreed, the best dinner we have had in years. Thank-you for the experience!
Not recommended. The purple potato salad was inedible, the Gazpacho was excellent, the veal stuffed pasta was unpleasant, the saddle of lamb was very good and desert was nice - not much for the price. Wine pairings were not to my taste - they do have a few alternatives but no wine list. You must arrive at 7:00 PM and choose your drinks when you first sit down or wait 25 minutes while other guests talk up the staff, you have no choice as to what to order since food is not cooked...
I went here on accident. I was looking for an event. These guys bent over backwards to help me out and get me to the place I was looking for. Being from way out of town I'm sorry I didn't have more time to stay. I love the concept and the grounds are impeccable. Food smelled wonderful and the hospitality is top notch.
