This is the finest restaurant in Virginia. It is family owned and should have multiple Michelin stars unlike other high-end restaurants in the area, this one lacks pretentiousness. The service is second to none, the staff is amazing, and the family who runs The Houndstooth and the Glenn Gordon Manor are amazing people and have put together not just amazing food, but an amazing experience.
Overall the food was very well presented and tasty. The chilled tomato basil soup could use more basil to bring out the taste. Would go there again in the future. The chef was caring and spoke to everyone. Very pleasant and it was nice to see someone so concerned over what was prepared. Thumbs up for the food and chef.
