A nice little waterside restaurant with wonderful views. The staff was overwhelmed, but provided excellent service anyhow. Brian is always excellent, and the waiters stepped it up as best as possible to overcome the staffing deficiency. We had a wonderful lunch and will be back again.
Disappointing. Visited 6/22/24. Had a table at the beach. Took forever to get a server. Server was very nice and warned us that the kitchen was backed up. Took us 1.5 hrs from sitting down to being served lunch and when it finally arrived, the shrimp nachos were soggy. Again, our server was very nice and comp’d us some drinks but not in a rush to return.
We stayed at The Tides Inn for five days and four nights and dined at The Fish Hawk daily. Each time, we greatly enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was our regular server, Joey. Joey was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. Joey regularly went out of his way to ensure that all guests were accommodated even if they weren’t in his section of the restaurant.
