View is amazing. Food is good and menu has a nice variety. Of note, the eggs were brought to the table cold and were returned. Staff could be more attentive. For example, no spoons were brought out with the sorbet so we ate it with forks. We were a party of two and were seated at a 5 top which is fine but the other place settings were not cleared and sat on table throughout the meal. The location is second to none and great views from our table. Saturday afternoon crowd in August was quite small and so was the amity of items on the menu. We ordered crab cake sandwich and burger topped with crab and one without and a salmon. The crab items were mediocre. Burger was average. Salmon overdone. Two glasses of white wine $44. The menu was thoughtful and had options for vegetarians such as a mushroom Wellington. The view of the bay from the restaurant is also beautiful. Our waiter was attentive and moved the meal along. The cocktails were also nice. The Tides Last Word came with a notebook to leave a message and read notes from previous guests- a nice touch.
