The new manager/chef at Marigold's has knocked it out of the park! The meal was impeccably prepared, and every dish our group tried was exquisite, without exception. With the new manager/chef, Marigold's is truly an amazing experience! It was one of my most "peak" dining experiences ever! Every dish we had was prepared impeccably, with exquisite flavors and combinations, a truly rarified top flight display of the chef's culinary talents. We were celebrating our anniversary here, and Marigold definitely hooked it up! They brought bread and olive oil for the table. The bread was very chewy and fresh, would have been even better warmed up. We ordered the grilled octopus to start, and it was amazing. Not chewy at all; the only thing I wish was for more octopus and maybe a few less of the fried potato chunks. They also brought out the corn dumplings, on the house.
