“The new manager/chef at Marigold's has knocked it out of the park! The meal was impeccably prepared, and every dish our group tried was exquisite, without exception. Service was attentive and gracious, reflecting the kind of training seen at only the very best of restaurants. I think Marigold has just jumped far ahead of any of the other local "best" restaurants. Along with the beautiful setting, this is the place to come for an amazing dining experience with unparalleled flavors and delights. I will be bringing many others back, and recommend it highly to anyone who wants to experience the best that today's chefs can offer.“

“I have been to Clean Juice twice. The first time, I left a loud coffee shop to find another place to work, so I decided to try Clean Juice! The bench was comfy, the plugs were convenient, the environment peaceful. My lunch of a smoothie and sandwich was so fresh and clean tasting! Most of the places around here, just have pizza as an item on the menu, but not as the centerpiece. I ordered the side Caesar salad was delicious and the spinach and artichoke dip we ordered, was as well, but come on...8 little pieces of bread is not enough for all that dip. We ordered the house pizza to share and it was delicious. This is our new favorite Charlottesville pizza. Paper straws are trash…trash I say, and I will bring my own plastic straws next time.“

My boyfriend and I live in DC and eat out quite frequently, and Tavola topped some Michelin star restaurants we’ve tried. We were blown away by the kindness and knowledge of the sommelier and staff, the generosity and talent of the kitchen, and the overall atmosphere and ambiance. Every dish was on point, every service mark was hit, and I could write paragraphs about the wine recommendations. I would rate it more than five stars if I could. “The food is really good, especially the salsas. Unfortunately there is a severe disconnect in what I ordered and what I got. Again, it was really good, but ordering takeout meant it wasn't practical to go back and show them they had majorly swapped out my order, so I got tacos I didn't order, and lamentably didn't get to try the tacos I did order and was looking forward to so much! And they ain't exactly cheap! Wish I could recommend, but sorry. Careless service trumps decent flavor.“

The fresh rolls are indeed super fresh with refreshing veggies. I got the shrimp drunken noodles. Not very big portion but big enough and very good. We also got the cashew nut with chicken. I can tell they used the good jasmine rice. Overall highly recommend!!“

The ranch dry rub was flavorful but not overpowering, it paired great with their ranch dressing. The Thai sweet sauce was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend the wings.“

“We had an amazing experience with Red Hub Catering. They provided our cocktail hour food, reception buffet, cutting cake, bartending service, and Sunday brunch. The food and service were impeccable. For bartending service, Red Hub provided the bar set up and mixers, but allowed us to provide our own alcohol which is uncommon among catering vendors. Red Hub generated a custom menu for our reception that consisted of a nacho bar for cocktail hour followed by a taco buffet for dinner. They also baked a beautiful cutting cake and delivered brunch to the lodge we were at the following morning for everyone to enjoy. Overall an incredible vendor who expertly provided us multiple wedding services.“
