This place slaps . New executive chef is an absolute genius . I've been telling my wife the cuisine seems different (she loves the wine to much to notice). This menu is god like and is probably the best food on the strip! Let me touch on service real briefly. My server was a charismatic god. Super glad I stopped by this wine bar!! Pairings phenomenal. Service phenomenal. Wine phenomenal. Provided vibe phenomenal.
Our evening got off to a rocky start. Literally. Our table was uneven with the floor, and a drink was tossed around onto the table. It required the waiter to adjust two different legs. It happens, but not a good look.

We’ve been here several times. It’s in the basement of a historic building, but underwent a modern renovation. They have wine tastings and WSET courses here. Food is interesting, nice selection of wines by the glass, bottle, or flight. I’ll post photos when I locate them.
