First off want to say thank you and congratulate the staff here for being observant and taking care of their customers. My girlfriend was here visiting minding her own business when she was approached by a man that she didn't want to engage in conversation with since he made her uncomfortable. The staff came outside where she was sitting and took it upon themselves to bring her and the dog inside away from the situation. We stopped in Christmas Day and the girl working the drive thru had a wonderful attitude for being stuck here Christmas Day. I would have been miserable and even mentioned it! She raved about her manager and she said how wonderfully they managed holidays and keeping them there for as short of shifts as possible. This is my go to Starbucks, I go here maybe 3-4 times a week. I always get my usual Black Tea with Heavy Whipping Cream. Today’s experience was one I did not expect.
