In my years of living in Lexington, I've never seen a place so quickly become a fixture. The service, food, and drinks have been consistent both in quiet hours and at the peak of the dinner rush. Hardens has quickly become my place of choice for rendezvous with old friends, an after-work beer (the draft selection of which has always been excellent), and for outside dining.

The menu offers a range of pricing and fare that I feel is often missing in gastropubs...

This place has fantastic food. Great menu options with a lot of uniqueness and everything is high quality. The staff and owners are very approachable and fantastic to talk to. You get the sense that this family owned business is very committed to the community. A plus for me personally is that the owners have heritage up in the northeast...

Great small place for good food at a reasonable price. A small menu that is very good! Good selection of draft beers and cocktails. The harvest salad with crusted seared tuna was excellent! Will definitely return.
