“What a super place! Had breakfast. Yummy farm-to-table food. Very friendly staff and service. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and each individual that comes through. Love that it's female owned too! The hearts abound in decor and spirit! Thank you, ladies.“
“I found E. Cafe on an internet search for vegan/ vegetarian options in Lexington, noted that my #1 choice was closed until Tuesday, was hungry, so decided to give this place a try. It being on the campus of Washington and Lee University (there, I said it), I felt by far the oldest person here, because indeed I was. They have dine in and takeout, but no delivery abd do have limited outdoor seating. No free wifi unless you're a W&L student. The selection is large enough, but not huge. I was waited upon promptly and courteously by the manager who actually acknowledged me and told me he'd be right with me. I ordered an accident smoothie and an avacado salad, neither of which quite filled me, but both of which were quite tasty and healthy, so I didn't feel like I just coated by arteries with superglue. All dining packaging was compostable, so I wasn't ridden with guilt. If on subsequent visits to Lexington my #1 place is closed, I'll come back here!“
