If you’re wanting delicious authentic Japanese food from a cozy family owned restaurant, look no further, Sushi Matsumoto is the place to go. The millennium roll is my go to order for the past 7 years. It will not disappoint. Fresh and delicious! Not to mention, the staff is always warm and welcoming.

Very awesome family owned business. Fish is very fresh, kitchen food comes out nice and hot and no matter how busy it is the wait staff always makes sure to check on you and take care of you for anything you need. Really authentic Japanese I see why everyone recommends it!

My boyfriend and I love this place. It is our favorite restaurant in Lexington by far. Friendly folks, family owned business and great atmosphere. It doesn’t get better than that! 🍱🍣❤
