“Great place for someone like myself who suffers from an Alpha Gal Allergy (not all people who have this allergy react the same way my specific reaction is the pork and gelatin products) I just wanted to say wow! I’m so impressed with their food! As someone who struggles to find foods that don’t contain pork products due to Alpha Gal. I was excited to see this food truck had joined our Food Lion area. I got the butter chicken with basmati rice with a masala chai (I’m normally never a fan of chai) but regardless the nice gentleman offered me a sample and it was amazing! (Not like the nasty Star Bucks kind) Now back to the food it was fresh; the chicken was tender, the tomato’s tasted fresh off the vine, the lettuce was fresh and not wilted! The sauce was great and now overwhelming everything complemented the dish very well! Very clean and great customer service!“
